That was easy! Before we ever put our house on the market Wendy came by and made suggestions on things to do. She explained the entire process and everything went just as she said. The house went on the market on a Thursday and she presented the offers the following Tuesday evening. Wendy went through the offers one at a time and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each. She made recommendations but was very clear that the final decision was ours to make. She handled everything and kept us in the loop all along the way.
